Where the listings come from
HomesFound reads the same MLS® data Ontario agents work from, distributed through the PropTx data feed. When a brokerage lists a home anywhere in Ontario, it flows to us on the next refresh: a page is baked for it, it joins the search index and the sitemaps, and it starts matching saved alerts. Sold and expired listings come off on the same cycle, so what you see here is what is actually for sale.
