Searching for homes

Use the search bar at the top of any page to search by city or neighbourhood, then refine with filters for price, bedrooms, bathrooms and property type. The For Sale and For Lease tabs switch between purchase and lease listings, and Map Search lets you explore listings visually across the GTA.

Listing alerts

Get an email when new listings match what you are looking for. Start from any search page with the Get Alerts button, or from a listing page with the "New-listing alerts" tab. We will send a confirmation email first — click the link to activate your alerts. You can pause or delete your alerts at any time from Alerts.

Your account

One login covers everything: enter your cell number and we will text you a 6-digit code. No passwords to remember. New users add their name and email once, and then they are in. You can update your name and email any time in Profile, and change alert preferences in Alerts.

Why are some listing photos blurred?

We show the first photos to everyone and ask you to create a free account to view the rest. Signing up also unlocks price history and listing alerts.

Booking a showing

On any listing, choose the "Book a showing" tab, pick a date and time that suits you, and send the request. We will confirm by email or phone.

Price history

Signed-in users can see a listing's price history, including past list prices and sold prices where the feed provides them. Real estate boards require you to be signed in to view this data.
