Always labeled. Every placement is marked "Sponsored." Sponsorship never affects listing rankings, search results, or which homes we show — that's the trust the audience (and the value of your placement) rests on.
Local and relevant only. Mortgage, legal, moving, insurance, and home services. Every sponsor is approved by us first.
Flat and simple. One monthly rate, invoiced monthly, 3-month opening term, then month-to-month. You provide a logo, one line of copy, and a link — we place it within two business days.
